When contacting support, include your iOS version, ScrollShot version, export format, approximate image count, and a description of the issue. Please do not send original screenshots that contain sensitive information.
Common checks
- Confirm that at least one image was selected.
- Confirm Photos permission allows the requested operation.
- Confirm the device has enough free storage for the export.
- Retry with a smaller set of images to isolate an import or export issue.
